Albertus Indra Sasmitra

Aged 51, a professional with a solid background in accounting, finance, and internal audit, with more than 20 years of experience at the C-level. He is recognized as an all-rounded, end-to-end executive with extensive experience in corporate restructuring, special projects, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

He currently serves as Advisor at eFishery Group (since December 17, 2024), leading a special restructuring project and reporting directly to shareholders. He also serves as President Commissioner of PT Buana Jasa Pratama (since April 2024).

He previously served as President Commissioner of Bang Jamin, an insurtech company (April 2022 – May 2025), and Director of Northstar Group (July 2023 – February 2025), where he managed the group’s portfolio companies. He also worked within the CEO Office of GoTo Group (Gojek Tokopedia Tbk) on special projects reporting directly to the CEO (June–September 2024).

His executive career also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Tbk (May 2022 – June 2023), responsible for finance, accounting, payroll, tax, and purchasing; and Chief Financial Officer of Sinarmas Mining (September 2018 – March 2020), where he managed the financial functions of 90 companies within the group’s mine development portfolio as well as one coal mining contractor, reporting directly to the owner and CEO. Between these roles, he was active as an advisor/consultant to PT Artamulia Tata Pratama (a coal contractor of Sinarmas Mining), Northstar Group, and several business owners (2020–2022).

Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade with the Djarum Group, serving as Director (CFO/COO) of PT Adiwisesa Mandiri BPI, a building materials producer under Djarum Group (2005–2018), where he was fully responsible for finance, accounting, payroll, tax, and purchasing, and was appointed as the person-in-charge (PIC) for the company’s expansion and relocation (2012–2015). He began his tenure at Djarum Group as Head of Sales at PT Busana Rama Textile & Garment (2004–2005) and Internal Audit Supervisor at PT Djarum (2001–2004).

His professional career began as Senior Internal Auditor at PT Inti Salim Corpora, a holding company of Salim Group (1996–1999).

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting, from Universitas Trisakti, Jakarta (1992–1996).
