    Job Description :

    • Responsible to assist supervisor of corporate planning to deliver Indika Energy Group financial projection specifically in annual and longer years of planning cycle
    • Reviewing submission of Monthly Management Review (MMR) of Business Units under her/his responsibilities.
    • Assisting the consolidation and presentation of MMR every month.
    • Responsible for MMR automation system and details data including the future expansion

    Qualifications:

    • S1/S2 Economy ( accounting preferably)
    • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
    • Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Power Point)
    • Familiar with reporting tools i.e. Power BI will be advantage

    Key Requirements:

    • Good business incumbent and numbers literate
    • Good communication skill (verbal and written) both in bahasa Indonesia and English including active listening skill
    • Teamwork player and agility to deliver the process done
    • Advantages if having Power BI, forecast reporting system experience

    Job Description :

    • Plan, execute, and manage multi-faceted projects related to risk management, mitigation and response, compliance, control assurance, and user awareness
    • Focused on developing and driving security strategies, policies/standards, ensuring the effectiveness of solutions, and providing security-focused consultative services to the organization.
    • Provide expertise and assistance to ensure the infrastructure and information assets are protected
    • Select and implement appropriate tools for necessary surveillance and monitoring of the Institute’s computing environment
    • Develop security policies and procedures such as user log-on and authentication rules, security breach escalation procedures, security assessment procedures and use of firewalls and encryption routines
    • Perform security assessments and security attestations. To enforce security policies and procedures, they monitor data security profiles on all platforms by reviewing security violation reports and investigating security exceptions
    • Update, maintain and document security controls and provide direct support to business units and internal IT groups
    • Work directly with the customers, third parties and other internal departments and organizations to facilitate information security risk analysis and risk management processes and to identify acceptable levels of residual risk
    • Communicate and educate IT and the Institute about security policies and industry standards, and provide solutions for enterprise/business security issues
    • Require strong analytical, communication and consulting skills with knowledge of Information Security and related technologies
    • Keep abreast of current security threats and stay current with security technology evolution

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years IT experience in three (3) or more of the following areas: Internet security, application security, security design and implementation, IS/IT auditing, IS/IT policy development, risk assessments, federal regulatory compliance for information protection
    • Expert knowledge of 1 or more of the following compliance standards and frameworks: ISO, COBIT, NIST, GLBA Act, SOX, PCI, ISO17999 & ISO27001
    • Prior IT Audit and Software or Asset Management experience
    • Certifications: CISA, CSAM, CISM CGEIT, CRISC or related certifications.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
