    Job Description:

    The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist position acts as organizational development liaison and officer to the Indika Energy’s leadership team and support the organization’s initiatives across the organization. The OD Specialist supports the Annual Plan development, implements and administers Human Capital programs for company employees. This position is also responsible for development and integration of Human Capital programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

    Essential Functions:

    • Support the Corporate Talent Management Framework implementation incl. the administration at Indika Energy Group level.
    • Monitor the Talent Development Plan implementation at Indika Energy and its subsidiaries level.
    • Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
    • Leads the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
    • Designs and develops Annual Human Capital Training programs for management and employees.
    • Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
    • Supports the strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
    • Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
    • Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
    • Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
    • Participates in learning program for employees on Human Capital issues and practices incl. presenting the course materials.

    • Install new data communication systems including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and Internet
    • Develop detailed system designed related to LAN, WAN, and Internet networks, coordinate equipment acquisition, and supervise installation and testing
    • Monitor performance of data communication systems and develop plans to achieve maximum performance and reliability
    • Monitor performance of communication vendor and service provider
    • Perform troubleshooting related to LAN, WAN, and Internet as well as implementing incident & problem management based on ITIL Framework
    • Develop operating procedures and troubleshooting guides
    • Maintain equipment records, drawings, charts and diagrams, and update system documents

     Requirements:

    • You should have an excellent academic background with Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university
    • You should have 5+ years of solid experience and comprehensive knowledge in the area of IT Service Management, ITIL Foundation, IT project Management, and IT System Security
    • You should have advanced knowledge of WAN technology (MPLS, VPLS,VPN) and sound understanding on satellite system, frame-relay, fiber optic technologies, network TCP/IP Protocol concept (IP Subnet, Routing, Port, etc), and Voice Technologies (POTS, VoIP, SIP Trunking)
    • You should have good analytical, problem solving and customer experience oriented
    • Demonstrate strong abilities to collaborate with vendors, consultant, and/or others third party as well as ability to work with others team on resolution when escalation occurs or action to resolve includes other teams.
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must. Ability to converse with Bahasa Indonesia speaking stakeholders would be an advantage.
