Tonyadi Halim

Age 62, Indonesian citizen, he has served as a member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee since July 2020 and was reappointed for a second term. Mr. Tonyadi Halim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Law degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, and was awarded the Chartered Accountant designation by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants in 2015.

Mr. Tonyadi has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, or the Major/Controlling Shareholders.
