Age 58, Indonesian citizen, has appointed as a member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee since July 2020. Currently he also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri or PT Taspen (Persero). He has served as Head of the National Counterterrorism Agency (2016 – 2020), where for his services, he was awarded the Bintang Mahaputra Utama from the President of the Republic of Indonesia in August 2020.

Previously, he served as Main Secretary of the National Defense Institute (2015– 2016), Head of the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency (2013-2015) and West Java Police Chief (2013).

He received his Master of Laws degree from Gajah Mada University in 2005, and Bachelor of Police Science in 1992. Bapak Suhardi has no affiliations with any members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, nor controlling or principal shareholders.
