M. Arsjad Rasjid P.M.

Arsjad Rasjid, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as Commissioner of PT Indika Energy Tbk. in May 2025, after having served as President Director from 2016 to 2025, Vice President Director from May 2014 to April 2016, and President Director from February 2007 to May 2014. Earlier in his career, he also held the position of President Commissioner in 2000.

He currently also serves as Commissioner of PT Indika Energy Infrastructure (since 2010), PT Kideco Jaya Agung (since 2005), PT Indika Inti Corpindo (since 2002), and PT Rukun Raharja Tbk. (since 2014). As of 2025, he also serves as President Commissioner of PT XL Smart Telecom Sejahtera Tbk. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he has played an active role in philanthropy and social impact through his position as Chairman of Indika Foundation since February 2017.

He began his academic journey studying Computer Engineering at the University of Southern California in 1990, before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, California, in 1993. He has continued to invest in lifelong learning through executive education programs at prestigious institutions including INSEAD (International Directors Programme, 2016), Yale University (Leadership and Decision Making in the 21st Century, 2014), Oxford University (Impact Investing, 2013), Harvard Kennedy School, and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (both in 2012).
