Age 53, Indonesian citizen, appointed as President Director of Indika Energy in April 2016, and reappointed based on Deed Number 55 dated 25 April 2019. He was previously Vice President Director from May 2014 to April 2016 and President Director from February 2007 to May 2014. Bapak Arsjad Rasjid served as President Commissioner of Indika Energy in 2000 based on Deed Number 31 dated 19 October 2000.

Currently he also holds positions as President Commissioner of PT Indika Infrastruktur Investindo (since June 2020) and PT Indika Multi Properti (since October 2019). He also holds positions as Commissioner of PT Tripatra Engineers & Constructors and PT Tripatra Engineering (since April 2021), PT Indika Inti Corpindo (since June 2020), PT Grab Teknologi Indonesia (since 2020), Kideco (since February 2017), PT Indika Energy Infrastructure (since December 2016) dan PT Rukun Raharja Tbk. (since June 2014).

He is the Chairman of Indika Foundation (since February 2017). Bapak Arsjad Rasjid studied at the University of Southern California in Computer Engineering in 1990 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1993 from Pepperdine University, California, United States. In 2016, he participates Executive Education in INSEAD, namely International Directors Programme 2016, which was conducted in Singapore and Fontainebleau, France.

In 2014 he completed Executive Education on Leadership and Decision Making in the 21st Century program at the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs, Yale University, United States. In 2013 he completed Executive Education on Impacting Investing at Said Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom. In 2012, he completed the Executive Education Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century program at the Harvard Kennedy School, United States and on Insights Into Politics and Public Policy in Asia for Global Leaders at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore.
