Harry Ponto

Age 58, Indonesian citizen, he has served as a member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee since July 2020 and was reappointed for a second term. He currently serves as Managing Partner of Kailimang & Ponto Law Firm and lectures at Universitas Pelita Harapan in Jakarta as well as the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Previously, he worked as a reporter for Harian Jayakarta and received the Adinegoro Award for Best Photojournalism (1989). He also held positions as Vice Chairman of the Permanent Committee on Policy & Investment at KADIN, Special Staff/Advisor for Legal and Institutional Affairs at PBSI (2012-2016), and Member of the Advisory Board (2005-2008).

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Pancasila, Jakarta, and Master of Laws in International Legal Studies from Washington College of Law, The American University, Washington, D.C.

Mr. Harry has no affiliations with any members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, nor controlling or principal shareholders.
