Farid Harianto

Age 68, Indonesian citizen, appointed as Independent Commissioner of Indika Energy since April 2020 for his first term of service based on Deed Number 28 dated 22 April 2020. He is also Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Indika Energy as referred to Board of Commissioners Decree No. 002/IE/BOC/DEC/IV/2020, and also member of Project and Investment Committee of Indika Energy as referred to Board of Commissioners Decree No. 003/IE/ BOC/DEC/IV/2020.

He also serves as Commissioner of Tripatra (since April 2019) and PT Tripatra Multi Energi (since August 2019). He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Pertamina Bina Medika – Indonesia Healthcare Corporation (Pertamedika – IHC) since July 2020, and Independent Commissioner of PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk. (since July 2020).

Previously, he served as Commissioners of PT Siloam Hospitals Tbk. (2008-2019), PT Toba Bara Sejahtera Tbk. (2012-2020) and PT Bata International Tbk. (2011-2020). Vice Chairman of Pang Hlay Siloam Hospitals in Myanmar (2014-2019). He served as the CEO of Credit Rating Indonesia (PT Pefindo, 1995-

1998), and as the Chairman of PT Kereta Api Commuter Jakarta (KCJ). He also served as a member of Risk Oversight Committee of PT Maybank Indonesia Tbk., and member of Audit Committee of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk. Farid Harianto is a financial economist with over 30 years of experience encompassing academics, public and private sectors.

In the public sector, he was serving as special advisor to the Vice President of the R.I. (2009-2014), and as a senior advisor to the Governor of Bank Indonesia (2008-2014), and as as Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA: 1998-2000). At IBRA, he led the consolidation (closing, merger and recapitalization) of the Indonesian banking sector as well as the negotiation and settlement with the controlling shareholders of the crisis banks. During his advisory role at Bank Indonesia, he led the Indover Bank resolution team that won the litigation case in the Netherlands.
