Nurcahya Basuki

Nurcahya Basuki, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as Commissioner of PT Indika Energy Tbk. in May 2025. He currently serves as Director of PT Teladan Resources since 2016 (and previously from 2008 to 2009), Director of PT Teladan Utama since 2008, and Commissioner of PT Teladan Properties since 2005.

He has also held several strategic roles at PT Imeco Inter Sarana, including President Commissioner since 2017, Commissioner (2016–2017), Director (2011–2016), and General Manager (2005–2011). In addition, he has served as President Commissioner of PT Aquaria Shipping since 2015, following his previous roles as Director (2008–2015) and Manager (2003–2005). He was also appointed President Commissioner of PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk. (MBSS) in 2021, after serving as Commissioner from 2010. He held the position of Director of PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk. from 2012 to 2021.

He Basuki earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University, United States, in 2000, and completed the Executive Education in Finance program at INSEAD in 2017.
