Johanes Ispurnawan, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as Director of PT Indika Energy Tbk. in May 2025. Prior to this, he served as Chief of Corporate Services and External Relations at PT Indika Energy Tbk. since April 2024.

He currently also holds several key positions, including President Commissioner of PT Masmindo Dwi Area since July 2024, President Commissioner of PT Energi Makmur Buana since June 2024, and Director of PT Indika Mineral Investindo since July 2024. Previously, he served as Deputy President Director of PT Kideco Jaya Agung from 2020 to 2024, and as Director of PT Petrosea Tbk. from 2010 to 2020.
