The women-to-women mentoring program at Tripatra aims to empower and nurture more women to take up leadership roles within the company. Topics of focus include leadership, communication, and collaboration.
To record the progress of the mentorship participants, the Human Capital team uses a self-evaluation report. Here is also a process of reverse mentoring, in which the mentees can also be mentors, allowing for the skills she has gained to be passed on to her own mentees. There are currently 42 mentees and 22 mentors in the program.
