We regularly campaign on the code of conduct, and train and assess employees to nurture a corporate culture of ethical behavior. Employees at all levels of the Indika Energy organization are required to comply with these policies. We also expect the same level of integrity from the companies with whom we do business. Our supplier code of conduct is meant to ensure that our business partners act professionally and ethically, or risk having the business relationship terminated
