Indika Energy’s Energy Infrastructure pillar strives to span the energy sector spectrum effectively and efficiently to power the nation with logistics services across the river and sea, as well as by electricity generation through our part ownership in coal-fired power plant Cirebon Electric Power.
Indika Energy has a wide range of energy industry infrastructure and facilities, including roads, ports, barges and transshipment facilities that convey the energy commodity along its way to both domestic and international power producers and other end users.

MITRABAHTERA SEGARA SEJATI (MBSS)
An integrated one-stop sea logistics and transportation solutions for bulk materials and natural resources
MBSS, which joined the Indika Energy Group in 2011, provides one-stop mining industry solutions through its fully integrated transportation and logistics services covering shore-based handling and stockpiling, as well as the barging of coal and other bulk materials from loading ports to anchorage points for transshipment to mother vessels using floating cranes. Growing from strength to strength on the back of its initial barging services established in the early 1990s, MBSS has consistently and strategically added to its facilities, fleets, and overall services to achieve seamlessly efficient and effective transportation, transshipment and port operations to become an industry leader.

CIREBON ELECTRIC POWER
660 MW coal-fired power plant in West Java
Cirebon Electric Power (CEP) was established in April 2007, under a consortium of leading international energy players in Asia, including Indika Energy which owns a 20% interest. CEP owns and operates a 660 MW coal-fired power plant in Cirebon, West Java, which utilizes supercritical technology, including a tangentially fired boiler with LO-NOx Burners. This technology improves cycle efficiency, reducing coal consumption and air pollution despite the use of low calorific coal. This has enabled CEP to keep the emissions of Nitrous Oxides (NOx) significantly lower than the thresholds set by the Indonesian government.

Provider of world class offshore supply logistics services for oil and gas companies
Petrosea Offshore Supply Base provides truly world class capabilities, extensive experience, and a reputation for quality provision of energy sector offshore based logistics services. POSB’s long-term relationships with major international oil, gas and mining companies testifies to its cost effective provision of diverse services, including materials handling at wharf facilities with a 200-meter jetty, three outer berths with minimum water depths of eight meters, and two inner berths with minimum water depths of six meters. Extensive craneage and materials handling capability enables the facility to receive large shipments as well as large volume bulk materials deliveries. POSB currently operates at Kariangau, Tanjung Batu, West Balikpapan, and East Kalimantan.

Indika Logistic and Support Services provides a wide range of logistic services, including but not limited to supply chain business process solution, warehousing and inventory management, transportation, and port operation and related services. As Port Business Entity License (BUP) holder, ILSS operates and provides port and logistic related services at all Indonesia major and intermediary ports.

Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia has operated its marine fleets and port facilities as a subsidiary of Tripatra Engineers and Constructors since 9 January 2009. Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia provides integrated ship dock operations, as well as management, logistics, and maintenance services for Freeport Indonesia.
